The Challenge
Standard hydraulic nipples were unable to handle the continuous 1000-bar operating pressure required for a high-performance system, risking catastrophic failure under pressure surges. In addition to the pressure requirements, the mounting location was extremely tight, making positioning and installing the nipples exceptionally difficult.
Our Solution
We engineered custom high-strength hydraulic nipples rated to operate safely at 1000 bar while maintaining complete fluid containment. To resolve the handling issue, we simultaneously developed a dedicated installation tool allowing technicians to fit the nipples accurately into restricted spaces without risking damage to the component or surrounding threads.
